From humble beginnings
Picture this: It’s 2019 and a young entrepreneur name Alin
Rosca returns to Romania, his mind buzzing with ideas from his
time in UK. Little did he know a casual job in sales would
spark a revolution in how business understand their clients.
There he was, diving into sales calls, when suddenly it hit him – what if we could unlock the
treasure of insights hidden in these conversations? Alin’s entreprenurial spirit ignited and he
began dreaming of a tool that could extract valuable feedback and success rates from phone
calls. It was a bold vision, especially since nothing like it existed in Romania at the time.
Alin, armed with boundless enthusiasm and sharp business acumen, searched the Internet for
inspiration. He discovered a handful of startups, mostly in the US, playing in this exciting new
field. But to turn his vision into reality, he knew he needed a tech wizard by his side.
Enter George Tarida – a coding maestro with a track record that
would make Silicon Valley green with envy. He had already created
over 50 enterprise applications, each one proof to his skill and
passion for innovation.
When Alin and George’s paths crossed, it was like watching two puzzle click into
place. Alin’s visionary ideas and George’s technical skills formed a partnership that would
redifine the landscape of customer insights in Romania and beyond.
And just like that, RepsMate was born – not just as a Company,
but as a dream shared by two passionate individuals determined
to revolutionize how businesses listen to and understand their

hurdles? Absolutely. Low to no awareness at all? Also yes! But with every obstacle,
we’ve grow stronger, more resillient and even more determined to succed.
